Garlic & lemon kingfish, exquisite by Ahmed Azzam
5-Lemon ( squeezed )
8-Spices ( salt, black pepper, tomato & herb spices, red chili flakes )
1-Marinate fillets with lemon juice, vinegar, chopped garlic, chopped ginger & spices.
2-Cover a baking tray with aluminum foil, spray a bit of coco oil and add the fish with the marinade.
3-Place in the oven & cook for approximately 30-40 minutes.
4-Take out from oven.
5-Brush the top of the fish fillets with the sauce for more flavor.
6-Serve it with white rice & dig in 🔥
