Stuffed squid, DAMN good 👌🏼By Chef : Ahmed Azzam
9-Spices (garlic&herbs spice, salt & blk pepper )
1-Clean & trim the squids then set aside.
2-In a food processor, mix squid trimmings, fish fillet, garlic, dill & lemon juice.
3-Add egg whites to get a mousse like texture.
4-Add chopped bell pepper, spices & mix again.
5-Start stuffing the squid with the filling.
6-Roll in cling film then aluminum foil.
7-Start baking in the oven for 15 min.
8-Take out & let it cool.
9-Sauté with butter, minced onion & garlic.
10-Add more spices. ( sauté only for 3-5 min , never overcook )
11-Serve it with blanched carrot slices & dill, topped with mustard & just dig in 🔥🔥
